On Saturday, our date night was to go for a hike to the Hot Springs in the Uinta National Forest. It was a little bit longer of a drive than we anticipated, but we had plenty of time. We're glad we got there when we did. There was a cop in the parking lot and apparently some guy had been streaking a little bit before. That would have been bad if we had gotten there a few minutes earlier. Christina had never been to any hot springs, and I went once in Washington when I was really young. The hike to the springs was 2.5 miles.
Here we are near the start of the trail.
Here is the spring that we spent most of our time in.
Here is a man-made one a little farther from the fall. Not as cool. Slimier. But nice picture.
Glad you had a good experience there. When I went up there Adam and Eve came walking by. They thought it was funny and chased us off by their bare ends.
ReplyDeleteI've still never been--you guys may have served as some motivation to finally get me up there!
