On Saturday Christina and I took a trip to the Salt Lake Temple. The temple is probably the most famous symbol that is unique to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
The temple is a place of peace. There, ordinances, such as baptism are performed for those who have passed on and never had the chance to hear the Gospel or be baptized. Then they will have the chance to decide for themselves if they would like to accept it or not. For more information on temples you can go here. Christina and I enjoy the peace of going to the temple. There are ones all over the world.
